How do I schedule a tour?
What is required to reserve a date?
Upon signing the LoftĒ rental agreement, you will view an itemized invoice for your party. A 50% non-refundable retainer of the total invoice will be due to reserve the date. Your remaining balance will be due in full 30 days prior to your event date. All payments can be made online or in office.
What if I need to cancel my event?
May I Bring In My Own Food And Alcohol?
Yes! We do not require you to use a specific caterer. However, all caterers must be licensed and insured. Depending on your event, you must meet the Macon-Bibb County special event ordinance. Please contact us for detials on additional fees and policy for serving alcohol.
Is there a kitchen space or refrigerator?
LoftĒ has a kitchenette space for food and drink prep. Our space is almost equivalent to that of a hotel meeting/event space. Therefore, your caterer is allowed to use chafing dishes with sterno burners to keep food warm and coolers, ice, etc for your drinks.
Can I use nails, tacks, or tape on the walls? Or, hang things from the ceiling?
Thank you for understanding, but in order to keep LoftĒ looking nice we do not allow tacks, nails or tape. You are welcome to bring in command strips to use on walls as they are easily removable and do no harm. For your safety we do not provide a ladder to hang items from our high ceilings. Please inquire regarding any specific requests.
How late at night can we have our event?
If your rental runs through the end of the night, events must conclude by 10:00pm.
What cleaning is required of me after my event?
We provide 2 garbage bags and kindly ask that you bag up any trash (cups, plates, napkins, bottles, etc.) in the designated garbage can. You will take out everything you brought in and essentially leave the room as you found it. If you have any spills on the floor clean it up as soon as possible.
May I use glitter, confetti, paint, wax, and/or sand?
Glitter, confetti, confetti filled balloons, paint, and wax is prohibited in LoftĒ.
